Our Region Needs Your Help

San Juan County, New Mexico is known for hard work, innovation and home to indomitable spirits. With the closure of San Juan Generating Station and San Juan Mine, the impending closure of Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine in 2031 and an evolving energy economy, the region has come together to chart a path forward.

The collective vision includes new forms of energy, new ways of cleanly utilizing previously considered waste and support for the industry of the future. Undergirding this diversification, major infrastructure projects will be required and nothing happens without a trained diverse workforce made up of emerging, incumbent and displaced residents.

We have plans and now we search for means of funding.
